Rountree Fine Art mentioned in the ATG, in connection to the BADA fair that takes place in mid-March.  One of our paintings by Peter Monamy is illustrated. 

Rountree Fine Art in The British Sporting Art Trust

 Rountree Fine Art is mentioned in reference to our painting of a racecourse, one of a set of four by Alfred Steinacker (1838 - 1914). The location of the racecourse was previously unkown to us, however BSAT readers helped us work it out.

Rountree Fine Art in Yorkshire Post Magazine

 An article on our painting The merchantman Lady Shore being looted by the French corvette Le Moineau in Table Bay by Thomas Whitcombe (1752-1824) was written by John Vincent. This article follows on from his previous one about the diary of Thomas Millard, carpenter onboard The Lady Shore, entitled Mutiny on the Lady Shore, which was sold in Sotheby's in May. The author describes the dramatic events which surrounded Lady Shore the year before this diary was written. 

Jamie Rountree reports on the Lee Plate Cricket match in the Antiques Trade Gazette

 Jamie Rountree of Rountree Fine Art plays and reports on the cricket match between a Christie's XI and members of the Art Trade. The annual Lee Plate Cricket match was subsequently won by the Art Trade team.
